72% OF AMERICANS FEAR A MAJOR WAR IN THE NEXT FOUR YEARS

A new poll released by NBC/Survey Monkey revealed that 72% of Americans have a deep concern that the U.S. will enter a major war in the next four years. A majority of those that were polled saw that North Korea poses the greatest threat. On the other hand, 26% of respondents said they were either not too worried or not worried at all.

  • Threats: Respondents are concerned about: North Korea (54%), ISIS (19%), Russia (14%), China (6%) and Iran (4%).
  • Concerns: terrorist attacks (34%), nuclear attacks (32%) and cyberattacks (31%).
